William W. "Bill" Diffenderfer

William W. “Bill” Diffenderfer, 81, of Lititz passed away at home on Thursday, April 10, 2014. Born in Lititz, he was the son of the late Clayton L. and Elizabeth Wasser Diffenderfer. He was married 30 years to Barbara Bender Diffenderfer. Bill retired as a carpenter and also worked for the Warwick School District and Manheim Auto Auction.
Surviving in addition to his wife are two sons, Barry (Pam) Diffenderfer of Lancaster, Jeffrey (Angie) Diffenderfer of Ephrata, two daughters, Teresa Walters of Leola and Deborah Conville of Pittsburgh, 7 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, two brothers, Donald (Esther) Diffenderfer and Alvin (Mabel) Diffenderfer both of Manheim. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Warren and Harold Diffenderfer.
A memorial service will be held at Manheim Brethren In Christ Church, 54 North Penryn Road, Manheim on Saturday, April 19, 2014 at 11:00 AM. Interment will be private.
