Victoria E. "Vickey" Schaeffer

Victoria E. “Vickey” Schaeffer, 56, formerly of Elizabethtown and Manheim, went home to be with her Lord on Sunday, July 28, 2013. Born in Lancaster, she was the daughter of Barbara Whittemore of Manheim. Vickie was a member of the Humane Society of Harrisburg and the Middletown V.F.W.

Surviving in addition to her mother, is a daughter, Ashley L. Dougherty of Philadelphia, a brother, James Whittemore, and a sister Dixie wife of Dennis Bush all of Manheim. She will be lovingly missed by her companion and friend, Jerry Dougherty of Elizabethtown.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend her memorial service at the Buch Funeral Home 21 Market Square, Manheim on Thursday, August 1, 2013 at 7:00 PM. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday evening from 6:00 PM until the time of the service.
