Stephen C. McAdams, 40, of Wrightsville, PA., and formerly of Oklahoma, and Texas, died Friday, October 8, 2010 as a result of injuries he sustained at a worksite in Kimball, South Dakota.
Born in Hobbs, New Mexico, he was the son of Sidney C. Bud McAdams husband of Joy McAdams of Marlow, OK., and Sharon Jackson Williams of Duncan, OK. Steve was a supervisor for Wanzek Construction Corporation in Fargo, North Dakota. A veteran of the US Army, he served during Desert Storm. Steve was the loving husband of Robin L. Armstrong McAdams and they would have observed their 18th Wedding Anniversary on Thursday, October 14th. He was a member of Grace Baptist Church of York. Steves interests included: golfing, target shooting, cooking, traveling, and playing the guitar.
Surviving in addition to his wife, and parents, are two daughters: Daniella R. Eisenberger of Marietta, PA., Kaylee Dawn McAdams of Wrightsville, two sons: Jordan S. Eisenberger of Wrightsville, Daniel Mauko of Columbus, GA,, a grandson, Peyton Miller, two brothers: Tony husband of Tina McAdams of Marlow OK., Jonathan McAdams of Frisco, TX., a step brother, Shane husband of Cleste Kelly of Lawton OK., a paternal grandmother, Billie Burdick of Spiro, OK., and a maternal grandfather, Theodore Jackson of Duncan, OK.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend his funeral service at the Buch Funeral Home 21 Market Square, Manheim, PA., on Friday, October 15, 2010 at 11:00 AM. Interment will immediately follow the service at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville. There will be a public viewing at the funeral home on Friday morning from 10:00 AM until the time of the service.
