Shawna G. Smeltzer

Shawna Genise Smeltzer, 32, passed away unexpectedly on December 7, 2011 at her residence. Born in Elizabethtown, she was the daughter of Ronald E. and Charity Uhlig Smeltzer of Elizabethtown and Yvonne G. Robinson, Hammonton, New Jersey. In addition to her parents she is survived by her loving partner Jose' Marti and two sons, Camron Arkangel Marti and Cannon Moises Marti; three sisters: Mattie wife of Buzz Halterman of Elizabethtown, Nicole Bruckler, Hammonton, NJ, and Kyera Stoutzenberger of Columbia; one brother Wyatt Smeltzer, Elizabethtown; and adoring nieces, nephews, cousins, uncles and aunts. She attended Elizabethtown High School in her junior year then graduated from school in New Jersey. She was proud to be in the U.S. Army and reserves for a short period of time. She was an employee of DAS Distribution, Elizabethtown. We will miss her boisterous laugh, overwhelming presence and beautiful smile. She was loyal, outspoken, and a friend for life. Her toddler Camron and newborn Cannon were her heartbeat. Her partner Jose' was her constant light. We were so proud of the woman and mother she had become. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend her funeral service at the Heilig Funeral Home, 21 W. Main St. Mount Joy, PA on Wednesday December 14, 2011 at 10:00 A.M. There will be a public viewing on Tuesday at the funeral home from 6:00 " 8:00 P.M. and also on Wednesday from 9:00 AM until the time of the service. An account will be set up for her sons.
