Seth Daniel Good

Seth Daniel Good, 15, of Elm passed peacefully from the loving arms of his family to the comforting arms of Jesus on Tuesday, October 9, 2012. With the help of his Lord, Seth fought a courageous battle against cancer for four years. Born in Lancaster, he was the son of K. Todd and Marie Miller Good. Seth was a tenth-grade honor roll student at Manheim Central High School where he was involved in Ping-Pong Club and on the Volleyball Team. Seth loved hanging out with his friends and participating in many activities at Newport DOVE Church, Elm, where he was a member. He enjoyed playing the piano, biking, hiking, camping and spending time with his family and cousins. Seth also enjoyed writing and had some articles published. In addition to his parents are a brother, Shane T Good, and two sisters, Sarah Marie and Laura Kimberly Good, all at home. Paternal grandparents are Parke and Lou Ann Good, Lititz; maternal grandparents, John and Joanne Miller, Lititz, and maternal great-grandmother, Marie Deitrich, Lancaster. Aunts and uncles include Perry and Carol Good, Kent and Kim Good, Pat and Tina Zimmerman, Scott and Heather Greiner, Scott and Karen Siegrist and John "J.R." Miller. Cousins include Josh, Brenden and Dawson Good; Alexa, Zachary and Jada Zimmerman; Jared, Andrew and Natalie Siegrist; and Autumn, Erin and Drew Greiner. Relatives and friends are invited to attend Seth's life celebration service at Manheim Brethren in Christ Church, 54 North Penryn Road, Manheim, on Sunday, October 14, 2012 at 3 p.m. with Pastor Allen Dise officiating. A public viewing is at Newport DOVE Church, 656 West Newport Road, Elm, on Saturday from 5:30-7:30 p.m. and from 1:30-2:30 p.m. at Manheim Brethren in Christ Church on Sunday afternoon.
