Ryan L. Edgell

Ryan L. Edgell, 19, of Manheim died peacefully at home on Wednesday, October 5, 2011. Born in Lancaster he was the loving son of Justus R. and Maggie L. Querry Edgell. Ryan was a member of Newport Dove Church in Elm. He loved the outdoors, spending time in the mountains in Huntingdon County, fishing, riding four wheelers and playing basketball with his brothers. Ryan had a passion for life and lived every day to the fullest; a jokester at heart, he helped everyone enjoy life through his conversations and actions. Surviving in addition to his parents is a sister, Raygen E. wife of Thomas Livingston of Hampton, VA., two brothers: Joshua R. Edgell, Matthew J. Edgell both at home, maternal grandparents, Larry and Connie Querry of Bainbridge, paternal grandmother, Gail Edgell of Manheim, paternal grandfather, Frank Edgell of Lancaster, maternal great grandfather, Doyle Querry of Huntingdon County, paternal great grandmother, June Witmeyer of Manheim, and a niece, Nevaeh Livingston. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend his funeral service from Newport Dove Church ( located at the Old Bombergers Store) 656 West Newport Road, Elm, PA on Wednesday, October 12, 2011 at 2:00 PM with Pastor Allen D. Dise officiating. Interment is in Hope Episcopal Cemetery, Manheim. There will be a viewing at the Newport Dove Church on Tuesday evening from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM with additional viewing time on Wednesday afternoon from 1:00 PM until the time of the service.
