Ruth E. Rineer

Ruth E. Rineer, 75, of Mount Joy, went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Wednesday March 25, 2015 at the Masonic Village, Elizabethtown. She was the loving wife of Joseph A. Rineer, and they celebrated their 54th wedding anniversary in July of 2014. Born in Mount Joy, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Emma (Heilman) Kopp. She was a graduate of Donegal High School. She was employed at Hy-Line International of Elizabethtown for 25 years before retiring in 2010. Her interests included embroidery, working in her flower beds, and spending time with her black Lab “Lady”.

Surviving in addition to her husband is a daughter Pamela wife of James Brubaker of Elizabethtown; two sons Joseph A. II husband of Tammy Rineer of Manheim, Michael W. Rineer of Marietta; six grandchildren; and a sister Louise of Rheems. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother Walter Kopp.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend her funeral service at the Buch Funeral Home, 21 W. Main St. Mount Joy on Saturday, March 28, 2015 at 11:00 AM. Interment will be in Marietta Cemetery. There will be a public viewing on Saturday at the funeral home from 10:00 AM until the time of the service.
