Rose A. Stipe

Rose A. Stipe, 88, of Manheim passed away at home on Thursday, May 23, 2013. Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Margaret McMulkin Harbison. She was the wife of the late John P. Stipe. Rose retired as a clerk for the Lancaster County Court House. She was a member of St. Richard Catholic Church, Manheim, Conestoga Chapter P.O.W. and she was a lifetime member of the VFW Auxiliary. Rose volunteered at the Lebanon VA Medical Center where she attended P.O.W. & spouse support groups.

Surviving is a daughter-in-law, Wendy M. Stipe of Manheim, grandson, Michael E. Stipe of Manheim and a brother, John husband of Renee Harbison of Glenside. She was preceded in death by a son, Jospeh Paul Stipe, brother, Joseph Harbison and a sister, Mary McMullen
.
