Ronald C. Winters

Ronald C. Winters, 73, of Manheim, died peacefully on Sunday, January 16, 2011 at Hospice of Lancaster County Mount Joy.
Born in Manheim he was son of the late Carl S. and Virgie K. Wittle Winters. Ron served in the U.S. Marine Corps. He was the husband of Valerie A. Keech Winters and they observed their 47th wedding anniversary in June of last year. Ron retired from the Fuller Company Manheim. He was a 1955 graduate from Manheim High School. Ron was a member of the Elizabethtown Beagle Club, Elstonville Sportsmen Association, Manheim Sportsmen Club, Manheim Masonic Lodge No. 587, Lancaster Lodge of Perfection, Harrisburg Consistory, Tall Cedars of Lebanon, and the Manheim Historical Society.
Surviving in addition to his wife is a brother, John C. husband of Dixie Winters of Manheim and a sister, Virginia K. wife of Donald Wilt of Wrightsville.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to gather at the Buch Funeral Home 21 Market Square, Manheim on Monday, January 24, 2011 at 9:45 AM. We will leave in procession promptly from the funeral home at 10:00 AM to travel to Indiantown Gap National Cemetery Annville, PA for the interment service at 11:00 AM. Masonic Services and Military Honors will be accorded at that time. Following the interment service friends are invited to visit with the family at the Brookshire Community Center, Brookshire Avenue, Manheim, PA from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM.
