Reba M. Groff, 86, of Manheim, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, January 2, 2016 at Lancaster General Hospital. Born in Penryn, she was the daughter of the late Norman and Ella Bruckhart Geib. She was the loving wife of Earl E. Groff and they celebrated their 66th wedding anniversary in November. A homemaker, Reba was a member of White Oak Church of the Brethren, Manheim.
Surviving in addition to her husband are five daughters, Janice wife of Marvin Stoner, Janet wife of Harold Bross, Rachel wife of Mervin Groff all of Manheim, Phyllis wife of Levi King of Fredericksburg and Julia wife of Edward Kegerreis of Myerstown, fourteen grandchildren, twenty-seven great grandchildren, two sisters, Jane wife of Carl Longenecker of Lititz and Nancy Diffenderfer of Manheim. She was preceded in death by 3 brothers and a sister.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend her funeral service at White Oak Church of the Brethren, 1211 North Penryn Road, Manheim on Wednesday, January 6, 2016 at 10:00 AM. There will be a public viewing at the Buch Funeral Home, 21 Market Square, Manheim on Tuesday evening from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM and again on Wednesday morning at the church from 9:00 AM until the time of service. Interment in the adjoining church cemetery. Please omit flowers.
