Ray K. Henne

Ray K. Henne, 90, of Manheim passed away on Wednesday, April 6, 2011 at Hospice of Lancaster County, Mount Joy. Born in Mountville, he was the son of the late Walter and Alice L. Waser Henne. Ray was the husband of the late Edna M. Shaffer Henne who died in 1997. Retired in 1983, Ray installed burners for 10 years at Burnham Boiler Inc., Lancaster. He also worked as a service technician for 16 years at the former Hershey Motor Stoker, Lancaster. Ray was a member of Salem United Methodist Church, Manheim and he served in the United States Army during WW II. Surviving is a son, Henry K. husband of Paulette Houser Henne of Lebanon, a daughter, Alice Marie wife of Harold E. Albright of Manheim; five grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a brother, John Henne. Funeral Services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Interment in Hernley Mennonite Cemetery, Rapho Township. Please omit flowers.
