Phoebe A. Rohrer, 83, of Manheim, died peacefully on Monday, March 11, 2019 at UPMC Pinnacle, Lititz. Born in Lancaster, Phoebe was the daughter of the late Roy and Elizabeth Floyd Butzer. She was the loving wife of late William R. “Blackie” Rohrer who died in 2002. Phoebe was a faithful member of Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church, Manheim, and was a proud graduate of both Manheim Central High School and the former Lancaster General Nursing School. A registered nurse, she retired from the Visiting Nurse Association. Phoebe was the utmost passionate fan when it came to the Manheim Central Barons.
Surviving are two daughters, Cherie L. Breen, of Mount Joy, Cathy L. wife of James Nauman, of Manheim, six grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren. Preceding her in death is a son, William M. Rohrer, and her beloved furry friend Buffy.
A private life celebration service will be held at the convenience of the family. Interment will be in Hernley Mennonite Cemetery.
