Paul F. Barto

Paul F. Barto, 86, of Columbia, died peacefully, Friday, June 8, 2012 at Lancaster General Hospital. He was the husband of the late Eva Barto who died in 1997 and the late Florence Schroll. Born in Sinking Springs, PA, Paul was the son of the late John D. and Helen (Resh) Barto. Paul was an electrician for various area companies, last working for Electroplaters in Wrightsville. He was also owner/operator of the "Fillin' Station" in Mount Joy. In his spare time he enjoyed woodworking and cooking. Surviving are two sons, Barry husband of Barbara A. Barto of Manheim, Kenneth husband of Virginia B. Barto of Columbia; and two grandchildren, Steven & Jennifer Barto. In addition to his parents and wives he was preceded in death by a brother Charles Barto. Following with Paul's request, viewing, services and interment will be private. Flowers will be accepted at the homes of Barry and Kenneth Barto. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Paul's memory may be sent Hospice of Lancaster County, P.O.
