Patricia N. Myers, 60, of Manheim, died peacefully at home, surrounded by her family on Tuesday, March 12, 2013. Born in Point Pleasant, N.J. she was the daughter of the late Raymond J. and Marilyn A. Hughes Nichols. Patty was the loving wife of Tony R. Myers, and they would have observed their 29th wedding anniversary in May of this year. Patty received her Registered Nurses Degree from the University of North Dakota. For 20 years she worked as a registered nurse in the dialysis unit at the Good Samaritan Hospital in Lebanon. She was of the Catholic Faith. An avid reader, she was a Hershey Bears Fan, and had a passion for Penn State Football and Bruce Springsteen Music.
Surviving in addition to her husband, is a daughter, Danielle M. Myers of Manheim and nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death are two brothers: Richard A. and James H. Nichols, and a sister, Marilyn A. Nichols.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend her memorial service at the Buch Funeral Home, 21 Market Square, Manheim, on Saturday, March 16, 2013 at 2:30 PM. Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville. Friends may visit with the family at the funeral home on Saturday afternoon from 1:30 PM until the time of the service.
