Patricia L. Gantz

Patricia L. “Pat” Gantz, 82, of Ephrata, and formerly of Manheim, died on Saturday, February 22, 2014 at the Hamilton Arms Center, Lancaster. Born in Lancaster, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Mary Ruth Rutter. For many years Pat worked in the housekeeping department for the former Brunswick Hotel. She was the wife of the late Harry K. Gantz who died in 1993. Pat was a member of Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church, and the Stiegel Roses Senior Citizens Group, all of Manheim.

Surviving are two sisters: Mary Eileen Rutter of Lancaster, Adella Vierling of Ephrata, a brother, Henry Ronald husband of Pearl Rutter of Ephrata, and many nieces, and nephews.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend her funeral service at the Buch Funeral Home, 21 Market Square, Manheim, on Thursday, February 27,2014 at 2:00 PM. Interment will be in Ruhl’s United Methodist Cemetery. There will be a viewing at the funeral home on Thursday afternoon from 1:00 PM until the time of the service. Please omit flowers.
