Patricia Elizabeth Lesley Harbold, 85, of Manheim PA, went to be with Jesus in the early morning hours of March 11th, 2025.
She was a lover of all things art and an avid gardener. Her creativity knew no bounds. She would sit with her canvases and paint for hours on end, the most beautiful scenes of radiant flowers, trees, and landscapes. She has now graduated to the title of celestial artist, capturing the beauty of Heaven. Her love of the arts will live on through the creativity she inspired in her great grandchildren. In December 2017, she came to the US from England on the Queen Mary 2 to be with her beloved family, and spend her final years in the embrace of her two beautiful daughters, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Her trips across the pond brought immense joy to all of us who had the pleasure to hear tales of her sipping coffee with her English friends and family while watching the sunrise over her luscious garden in England. Her famous sticky toffee pudding she would bake around the holidays, as well as the Christmas popper games we would all play will bring many fond memories of the wonderful lady we all cherished. Ms. Harbold was preceded in death by her parents, Douglas and Barbara Street.
She is survived by one sister, Jill Cheadle of England; two daughters, Elizabeth Ann Martin (Curtis) of Linville, VA and Karen Jane Brubaker (Brian) of Manheim, PA; five wonderful grandchildren, Zachary Martin (Ashley); Jairemy Martin (Jessica); Taylor Martin (Sydney); Katia Brubaker (Brian) and Chad Martin; seven beloved great- grandchildren; a nephew, Mark Cheadle; and many precious friends from near and afar. She loved each and every one of them deeply. She also leaves behind her ever faithful Golden Doodle, Chloe.
The family will receive friends from 1:30-2 p.m., on Saturday, April 5th, 2025, at Buch Funeral Home, 216 S. Broad St, Lititz, PA 17543, with a celebration of life to follow at 2pm. To honor Lesley’s life the family has requested in lieu of flowers, please make a donation to your local SPCA.
