Martha D. Keller, 90, of Lititz, passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 21, 2016 at Heart of Lancaster Regional Medical Center, Lititz, following a brief illness. The daughter of the late Walter S. and Mary Fry Daveler, she was born in Elizabethtown and was the loving wife of the late Wilbur G. Keller, who passed away in August of 2015.
Married for 69 years, Martha helped her husband with the farming and centered her life around her family. A kind and caring mother, she took great pride in her home, making meals and offering gentle support to her family through the years. Her greatest joy in life was being with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She attended Lake View Bible Church in Manheim and was an avid gardener and always had perfectly kept flower and vegetable gardens. She enjoyed doing counted cross stitch, baking and cooking.
She is survived by her two sons, Kerby Keller, Dallas, Michael Keller, Lititz; three daughters, Kandice Mislevy, companion of Scott Ginder, Manheim, Heidi wife of Don Klopp, Lititz, Holly Keller Noel, wife of James W. Noel Jr., Elizabethtown, eight grandchildren, two great grandchildren and two sisters, Miriam, wife of Earl Rutter, Millersburg, and Evelyn, wife of Paul Balmer, Lititz. In addition to her husband, she is preceded in death by a brother, Claude Daveler and a grandchild.
Family and Friends are respectfully invited to Martha’s Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, April 29, 2016 at Lake View Bible Church, 383 Lake View Dr., Manheim with a viewing Friday morning at the church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service and on Thursday evening, April 28, 2016 from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Buch-Heisey Funeral Home, 216 S. Broad St., Lititz. Interment will be in Longenecker Brethren Cemetery.
