Marjorie C Lovett passed away peacefully at Luther Acres, Monday, February 17th, 2025 at 97 years of age. She was known for her creative talents and kindness to everyone. Her glass was always half full. Marjorie had multiple careers, starting as a Concert Pianist, then becoming a Reference Librarian, & eventually taking up painting which she passionately continued until her passing.
Marjorie was proceeded in death by her husband Robert E Lovett, her son David Casselberry, her stepdaughter Stephanie Beard, and her brother F. Robert Brush. She is survived by her children Lee & Larry Levato, Robert & Clare Casselberry, Caroline Casselberry and her stepchildren Mark & Deb Lovett, Ellen & Michael Martin, Rob & Mary Jean Lovett. She has 16 grandchildren; Alessandro & Kathryn Levato, Grace & Patrick Casselberry, Becky, Katie, Ryan,& Jonathan Casselberry, Forrest, Caroline, & Cameron Lovett, Emily and Perry Martin, Julie, Robby, & Mark Lovett. She has 6 great grandchildren.
Marjorie enjoyed her many friends & loved her entire family. She enjoyed music, art, and ‘good’ books.
Her celebration of life service will be held at St John Herr’s Chapel 200 Luther Lane, Columbia, PA, Saturday, March 1st at 1:30 pm.
