Margaret E. Hunter, 96, formerly of Philadelphia, died Saturday April 7, 2012 at the Masonic Village Health Care Center, Elizabethtown, PA. Born in Orange, NJ she was the daughter of the late John and Margaret (Ertle) Fineran. She was the widow of the late Bruce M. Hunter who passed in 1991. Margaret was a retired bookkeeper for the Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Co. She was a member of St. Madeline Sophie Roman Catholic Church of Philadelphia. Margaret enjoyed reading, baking, and painting. Surviving is a daughter, Abigail Leah wife of Rick Collins of South Plainfield, NJ; a son Raymond, husband of Donna Hunter of Cochranville, PA; thirthteen grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; a brother Eugene Fineran of Livingston, NJ and a sister Terese FitzPatrick of Lakewood, NJ. She was preceded in death by one daughter, Rebecca Ann and two sons Bruce Jr, and Brian Hunter; five brothers and three sisters. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend her memorial service at the John S. Sell Memorial Chapel, 1 Masonic Drive, Elizabethtown PA on Thursday, May 24, 2012 at 10:30 AM. There will be a time of visitation with the family at the chapel from 9:30 Am until the time of the service. Inurnment in Sell Chapel Columbarium.
