Lois Mae Gibble, of Manheim, passed away on July 20, 2018 after a four-year battle with cancer. She was born August 15, 1935 at the former St. Joseph Hospital, Lancaster. Lois was the only child of the late Walter Heisey and Mae R. Hahn Gibble. She graduated from Manheim Central High School in 1953. Lois started her working career at the former Manheim Sentinel Printing Company. She also worked 44 years at the former George W. Bard and Son Insurance and Real Estate, Lancaster; which is now called the K/A BCF Group, retiring in 1997. Lois enjoyed photography, traveling across the United States, Canada and Mexico, Ornithology, Genealogy, books, and country music.
Lois is the last of her immediate family and is survived by a cousin, Veda Hahn Boyd of Charlotte, NC. She is preceded in death by cousins J. Harold Hahn, Charles R. Shewing and Doris Hahn Bleecher.
Relatives and Friends are respectfully invited to attend her graveside service at East Fairview Brethren Cemetery, 1187 Fairview Road, Manheim on Friday July 27, 2018 at 3:00 PM. Kindly omit flowers.
