Lennas Kay Allen

Lennas Kay Allen died peacefully surrounded by her family on March 16, 2012 at Spring Creek Health & Rehab Center, Harrisburg. Born on April 1, 1960, she was the daughter of the late Isaac M. and Ruth Janet Royer Brubaker. Lenny was a poet, writer and excelled in English Literature at Thomas Jefferson College in Dover, DE. She loved spending time at Long Beach Island, New Jersey at her family's beach house. She was an avid horseback rider and loved watching the jumping classes at the Quentin Riding Club. Being a mother was her greatest joy in life. Surviving are her children, Laurel Sydnie Yost of Lititz, Dominick Joshua Allen of New Port News, VA, Janine Margarette Allen and Olivia Danelle Allen both of Lititz, four siblings, Anne Y. Johnson of Austin, TX, Dennis S. Brubaker, Lorene G. Smeltzer and Karen J. Pyzer all of Lititz. She was preceded in death by a brother, Robert G. Brubaker. Funeral Services are private and at the convenience of the family.
