Lea P. Hauck, 83, of Manheim, passed away on Monday, September 2, 2024 at Lancaster General Hospital. Born in Castellemare di Stabia, Italy, she was the daughter of the late Antonio and Amalia Castaldi Pagano. She was the loving wife of Gary G. Hauck and they observed their 58th wedding anniversary in April of this year. Lea had a passion for life and sharing her Italian culture with others. She was especially an avid cook, and welcomed everyone into her kitchen where her generosity and love were felt by all who visited.
Surviving in addition to her husband are two sons, Mark Hauck (Jennifer) of Coatesville, and Adriano Hauck of Napoli, Italy, two grandchildren, Olivia and David and a brother, Antonio Pagano. She was preceded in death by five siblings.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Lea’s Funeral Service at the Buch Funeral Home, 21 Market Square, Manheim on Wednesday, September 11, 2024 at 11:00 AM. There will be a viewing at the Buch Funeral Home on Tuesday evening from 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM and again on Wednesday morning from 10:00 AM until the time of service. An additional Funeral Service will be held at the Timothy A. Berkebile Funeral Home, 214 South Juliana Street, Bedford on Thursday, September 12, 2024 at 11:00 AM. There will be a viewing at the Berkebile Funeral Home on Thursday morning from 10:00 AM until the time of service. Interment in Bedford County Memorial Park.
