Kenneth A. "Ken" Helman

Kenneth A. “Ken” Helman, 85, of Manheim passed away on Sunday, October 2, 2016 at Pleasant View Retirement Community, Manheim. Born in Manheim, he was the son of the late Lloyd U. and Bertha Burkhardt Helman. Ken retired as an electrician from the former Alumax, Lancaster. He proudly served in the United States Navy during the Korean War. Ken enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Surviving are two siblings, William C. husband of Margaret Helman of Millersville, Doris J. wife of Harvey Stief of Manheim; six nieces and nephews and several grandnieces and grandnephews.

Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend his memorial service at Pleasant View Retirement Community, Hoffer Auditorium, 544 North Penryn Road, Manheim on Saturday, October 8, 2016 at 10:30 AM. Friends may visit with family from 9:30 AM until the time of service. At the request of the family, please dress casual.
