Kathleen J. Pavlik, 63, of 2161 North Colebrook Road Manheim, died peacefully following an extended illness with Alzheimers on Tuesday, December 15, 2009 at the Millville Health Center.
Born in Racine, Wisconsin she was the daughter of the late Robert and Clara Lui Burdick.
Kathleen worked for Armstrong World Industries Lancaster and was a member of the American Business Womens Association. She was the wife of Lerry P. Pavlik and they observed their 34th wedding anniversary in May of this year. Her interests included: crocheting, collecting Longaberger Baskets, canning, baking and cake decorating.
Surviving in addition to her husband is a son, Richard Dean husband of Jayne Stouch Pavlik of Manheim, a daughter-in-law, Sandra Pavlik of Sidman, PA., seven grandchildren, and four sisters: Geraldine, Streuli, Nancy wife of Jim Konrad, Christine wife of Richard Anderson, and Mary Lou wife of Kim Miller all of Racine, Wisconsin. She was preceded in death by a son, Scott P. Pavlik and a sister, Barbara Wiegand.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend her funeral service from the Buch Funeral Home 21 Market Square Manheim on Saturday, December 19, 2009 at 10:00 AM. Interment is in Chiques Church Of The Brethren Cemetery Rapho Township. There will be a public viewing at the funeral home on Friday evening from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM. with additional viewing time on Saturday morning from 9:00 AM until the time of the service.
