Judy L. Myers

Judy L. Myers, 66 of Mount Joy and formerly of Manheim passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 8, 2015 at Hospice & Community Care, Mount Joy. Born in Berkley, Michigan, she was the daughter of the late Carl L. and Margaret McTigue Worthington. She was the loving wife of Richard L. “Rick” Myers and they would have celebrated their 47th wedding anniversary in June. Judy retired from housekeeping at Brethren Village. She attended LCBC and earlier in life she attended Lititz Church of the Brethren. Judy enjoyed camping and traveling. She loved to spend time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Surviving in addition to her husband are two daughters, Diane M. wife of Scot Funk of Manheim, Dorene L. wife of Troy Moore of Lititz, four grandchildren, Payton, Halle, Josh, and Lauren and one sister, Betty Plows. She was preceded in death by a brother, Thomas J. McTigue.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend her funeral service at the Buch Funeral Home, 21 Market Square, Manheim on Thursday, March 12, 2015 at 11:00 AM. Interment in Longenecker’s Brethren Cemetery, Warwick Township. There will be a public viewing from 10:00 AM until the time of service.
