Judith A. Kiehl

Judith A. Kiehl, 82, of Ephrata, entered into eternal life on Sunday, February 16, 2025 at Hospice & Community Care, Mount Joy. Born in Rapho Township, she was the only daughter of the late George and Arline (Geib) Diffenderfer. She graduated from Manheim Central HS in 1960 and her first job was grading eggs as an egg candler, and later quality control technician with RCA. She was the loving wife of the late Darryl J. Kiehl who passed away in 2021.

Judy loved the outdoors, wildlife preserves, bird and waterfowl sanctuaries, birdwatching, growing orchids, her pet Terrapin turtles, painting, and her husband’s cat, Shadow.

 She is survived by two brothers-in-law, Donald, husband of Cathy Kiehl of Oakview CA, and Douglas, husband of Anna Maria Kiehl of Camp Hill, PA, sister-in-law, Bes Kiehl, wife of the late Dennis Kiehl of Hershey PA, two nieces, Jennifer Bowman, wife of Rick Bowman, and Jessica Kiehl, wife of Geoff Geib, three great nieces, Penny Bowman, Aubrey Bowman, and Hayley Musser, wife of Matt Musser, and two great, great nieces, Brielle and Josie, and two great great nephews, Isaac and Carsin. 

 Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
