Jean E. Bender

Jean E. Bender, 69, of Manheim, died peacefully on Wednesday, February 5, 2014 at Hospice and Community Care, Mount Joy. Born in Alexandria, VA., she was the daughter of Martha Senter, of Winston Salem, NC. and the late Paul Mitchell. Jean worked for Dart Container for 25 years; and also Enck’s Catering, Manheim. She was the wife of the late, David Bender. Jean was a member of Lititz Church of the Brethren. She enjoyed camping and going to the beach.

Surviving is a son, Timothy E. Nessinger Sr., a grandson, Timothy Jr., and Carol Nessinger, all of Manheim. She was preceded in death by a brother, Carl Mitchell.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend her memorial service at the Buch Funeral Home, 21 Market Square, Manheim, on Wednesday, February 12, 2014 at 6:30 PM.
