Janet F. Sumpman

Janet F. Sumpman, 71, formerly of Highspire, passed away on Friday, August 30, 2013 at the Mount Hope Nazarene Retirement Community Manheim. Born in Lancaster, she was the daughter of the late Paul and Dorothy Gutshall. Her interests included: gardening, crocheting, camping and bingo.

Surviving are two daughters: Daisey ( Randy) Fulkrod of Manheim, Melissa Sumpman of Rheems, Lloyd Jr. (Janet) Sumpman of Mount Joy, Stephen Sumpman of Middletown, Tracy Sumpman of Mount Joy, 16 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, 6 sisters and 3 brothers. Preceding her in death are 2 sisters.

Viewing and visitation with the family will be at the Buch Funeral Home 21 Market Square, Manheim, on Wednesday, September 4, 2013 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. Following the viewing there will be a procession to the Mount Hope Mennonite Cemetery, Horn Road, Manheim, for a 2:30 PM graveside service.
