James K. Reese

James K. “Jim” Reese, 77, of Manheim, passed away on Monday, February 19, 2024. A lifelong resident of Manheim, PA, he was the son of the late Kenneth R. and Miriam M. Kulp Reese. Jim graduated from Manheim Central High School class of 1964. He worked at Armstrong World Industries for 40 years. Jim was a member of Trinity Evangelical Congregational Church, Manheim where he served as a Trustee and usher. He was also a member of the Manheim VFW Post 5956, Lancaster American Legion #34, and the former Manheim Jaycees. Jim enjoyed camping, fishing, and was an avid fan of Philadelphia sports and his hometown Barons. Jim proudly served in the United States Navy.

            Surviving is a son, Clifford J. husband of Audrey Reese of East Earl, a daughter, Jennifer L. wife of Kevin Woods of Manheim, two grandsons, Ryan Woods and Colin Reese, one granddaughter, Kyla Woods and two brothers, Gary Reese of Hatboro and Kenneth Reese of Salem, MO. He was preceded in death by a son, Randy R. Reese.

            Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Jim’s Funeral Service at the Buch Funeral Home, 21 Market Square, Manheim, on Monday, February 26, 2024 at 11:00 AM. There will be a viewing at the funeral home on Monday morning from 10:00 AM until the time of service. Interment in Memory Gardens, Ephrata. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may send contributions in Jim’s memory to Trinity Evangelical Congregational Church, Manheim or the Manheim VFW.
