Jacinto Saez, 81, of Lancaster, and formerly of Puerto Rico, and Florida, died peacefully surrounded by his family on Wednesday, November 11, 2015. Born in Puerto Rico, he was the son of the late, Lazaro and Felicita Delvalle Saez. During his life Jacinto worked as a cook. Jacinto served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He enjoyed vegetable gardening and spending time with his family.
Surviving are four daughters: Veronica Munoz, Soraya Crespo, Elizabeth Saez all of Lancaster, Lourdes Saez of Tampa, FL., 14 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren, and one great great granddaughter. Preceding him in death are two brothers, and one sister.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Jacinto’s funeral service at the Buch Funeral Home, 21 West Main Street, Mount Joy, on Saturday, November 21, 2015 at 2:00 PM. There will be a viewing at the funeral home on Friday evening from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM with additional viewing time on Saturday afternoon from 1:00 PM until the time of the service. Interment will be in Mellinger Mennonite Cemetery, East Lampeter Township. Those desiring may send contributions in Jacinto’s memory to Hospice and Community Care, P. O.
