Hildegard M. "Hilda" Sprecher

Hildegard M. “Hilda” Sprecher, 90, of Manheim passed away on Thursday, May 2, 2024 at Emerald Rehab & Healthcare Center, Elizabethtown. Born in Karlsruhe, Germany, she was the daughter of the late George and Maria Feurerer Gfrorer. She was the loving wife of the late Kenneth P. Sprecher who died in 2016. Hilda worked at the former IGA, Albright’s Auto Auction and Evans Restaurant all of Manheim. She was a member of Trinity E.C. Church, Manheim and enjoyed bird watching and walking.

            Surviving is a son, Steven Sprecher of Manheim, two daughters, Monika wife of Woodrow Walker of Fredericksburg, VA and Deborah wife of Steve Baker of Sebastian, Florida; four grandchildren and four great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by four siblings, Gisela Baldes, Gunther, George and Gerhard Gfrorer.
