Harry T. "Smokey" Reynolds Sr.

Harry T. “Smokey” Reynolds Sr. 77, of Lititz, died peacefully surrounded by his family on Thursday, November 30, 2017 at the Lancaster General Hospital. Born in Lancaster, he was the son of the late Warren and Thelma Reynolds. Harry was the loving husband of Janet Fair Reynolds and they observed their 52nd wedding anniversary in October of this year. For over 25 years Harry worked for Wagaman Brothers Printing Company, Lititz; he then was employed many years for Prestige Color in Lancaster. Harry was a member of Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church, East Petersburg. He enjoyed attending professional Drag Racing events at Maple Grove Raceway. Harry had a life-long passion for sports; and he loved rooting for his favorite teams: Penn State Football, and all the professional Philadelphia Sports Teams: Phillies, Flyers, and Eagles. You could find Harry at local area Fireman’s Carnivals listening to Country Western Bands, or tending to his prized vegetable garden that was the talk of the entire family.

Surviving in addition to his wife Janet, is a son, Harry Thomas “Tom” Jr. husband of Amy Reynolds, a daughter, Michele wife of Jeff Young all of Lititz, five grandchildren: Daulton, Olivia wife of Brandon, Drakelynn, Dagen, Greyson, a great grandson, Lucas, a brother, Donnie husband of Sandy Reynolds of Schoeneck, three sisters: Doris Loenard of DuBois, Joyce wife of Stan Bozon of Kissimmee, FL., and Joanne Sweigart of Lititz. Preceding him in death is a sister, Nancy Lutz, and three brothers: Eugene “Peewee”, Ted, and Jimmy Reynolds.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Harry’s funeral service at the Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church, 1905 Broad Street, East Petersburg, on Wednesday, December 6, 2017 at 10:30 AM. Friends may visit with the family at the church on Wednesday morning from 9:30 AM until the time of the service. Interment will be in Conestoga Memorial Park, Lancaster.
