Grace S. Brubaker

Grace S. Brubaker, 95, formerly of Manheim passed away on Saturday, February 18, 2012 at the Mennonite Home, Lancaster. Born in Manheim, she was the daughter of the late John and Minnie Lehn Shelley. She was the wife of the late Paul B. Brubaker who died in 2004. Grace was a homemaker and in her earlier years she was a Licensed Practical Nurse. She was a member of Ruhl's United Methodist Church, Manheim. Her interests included scrapbooking, word puzzles and she enjoyed collecting antique buttons. Surviving are two sons, James husband of Shirley Billips Brubaker and Thomas husband of Patti Russell Brubaker both of Manheim, five grandchildren and two great granddaughters. She was preceded in death by a son, Robert Brubaker, three brothers, John, Henry and Marlin Shelley, four sisters, Anna Geib, Ada Stekervetz, Eva Shelley and Ruth Shelley. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend her funeral service at Ruhl's United Methodist Church, 4810 Elizabethtown Road, Manheim on Thursday, February 23, 2012 at 11:00 AM with Pastor Rob Timlin officiating. Interment in the adjoining church cemetery. There will be a public viewing at the church on Thursday morning from 10:00 AM until the time of service. Please omit flowers.
