Geraldine E. “Gerry” Geiman, 82, formerly of Manheim, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, November 1, 2015 at Brethren Village Retirement Community, Lancaster, where she was a resident. She was the widow of Robert E. Geiman who died in 2004. Born in Chanceford Twp. York Co., she was the daughter of the late Edgar G. and Irene C. (Shaw) Mackley. Gerry was a homemaker most of her working life. She was a faithful member of Trinity Evangelical Congregational Church of Manheim, where she was a former Sunday School teacher, Bible School teacher, Wednesday night Bible Clubs teacher, and was a choir member. Gerry was also a member of the Manheim Historical Society.
Surviving are two daughters Gwendolyn J. wife of Eugene Harsh, Cynthia A. wife of Barry Danz, both of Ephrata; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a brother Calvin L. husband of Carol Mackley of Manheim. In addition to her husband and parents she was preceded in death by two brothers Robert and Eugene Mackley.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend her funeral service at Trinity Evangelical Congregational Church, 48 Market Square, Manheim, on Thursday, November 5, 2015 at 11:00 AM. There will be a public viewing on Thursday at the church from 10:00 AM until the time of the service. Interment will be in Manheim Fairview Cemetery.
