Fay J. Sides

Fay J. Sides, 90, of Mt. Gretna, formerly of Manheim, passed away on Tuesday, February 23, 2016 at Lancaster General Hospital surrounded by her loving family. Born in Lancaster, she was the daughter of the late Homer and Rudy Will Miller. Fay was the wife of the late Harry V. Sides who died in 2001. She was a 1943 graduate of Manheim Central High School and a member of Mt. Gretna United Methodist Church. Her interests included jigsaw puzzles, reading and Philadelphia sports. She loved to spend time with her family, especially at family picnics and gatherings.

Surviving are four children, Gregory R. husband of Sharon M. Sides of Mt. Gretna, Stuart G. husband of Nancy Sides of Salem, Ohio, Barbara J. wife of Kevin P. Berry of Mt. Gretna, Jeffrey L. husband of Suzanne Sides of Lebanon, seven grandchildren, Jason, Jessica, Branden, Christopher, Harrison, Andrew, Katelyn, four great grandchildren, Mackenzie, Ian, Aiden, Avery and a sister-in-law, Nancy Miller of Lebanon. Preceding her in death was two brothers, Glenn and Stephen Miller.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend her funeral service at the Buch Funeral Home, 21 Market Square, Manheim on Saturday, February 27, 2016 at 11:00 AM. There will be a public viewing at the funeral home on Saturday morning from 10:00 AM until the time of the service. Interment in Hernley Mennonite Cemetery, Rapho Township.
