Erma F. Kimm, 91, of Manheim, and formerly of Christy Lane, Lititz, died peacefully at Pleasant Acres Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, York, on Monday, April 18, 2016. Born in Middletown, she was the daughter of the late Clayton and Emma Bradley Dupler. Erma was the loving wife of the late Earl G. Kimm, who passed away in 2007; and first husband, the late Paul Bricker Jr.
She was an active and faithful member of St. Paul’s United Church of Christ, and Stiegel Roses Senior Citizens Group, both of Manheim. Erma found great joy in needlework, flower gardening and traveling.
For many years, Erma worked at Pleasant View Retirement Community in the housekeeping department.
Erma is survived by four nieces: Kimberly Bausher, Georgiann Engle, Heather Welsh, and Wendy Teller; four nephews: Stephen Engle, Kenneth “Scott” Engle, Wesley Rineer, and David Kimm; grand and great grand nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death are three sisters and five brothers.
Family and friends are respectfully invited to Erma’s Funeral Service at the Buch Funeral Home, 21 Market Square, Manheim, on Friday, April 22, 2016 at 10:00 AM. Friends may visit with the family at the funeral home on Friday morning from 9:00 AM until the time of the service. Interment will be in Ruhl’s United Methodist Cemetery.
