Eriean R. Smith

Eriean R. "Sally" Smith Eriean R. "Sally" Smith, 87, of Manheim, passed on, Thursday, October 27, 2011 at Mt. Hope Nazarene Retirement Community, Manheim. She was the widow of the late Willard A. Smith, who died in 1993. Born in Birdsall, NY she was the daughter of the late Henry and Edith (Tuhkil) Anderson. Sally was a secretary in the engineering division for the former RCA of Lancaster for 30 years before retiring in 1986. She graduated from Canaseraga High School, Canaseraga NY, and attended business school in Rochester, NY. She was a member of the former Salunga Methodist Church and enjoyed gardening. Surviving are two sons, Kenneth A. Smith of Manheim, Ronald H. Smith of York; a daughter Carole E. wife of Wallace B. Truszkowski of Monroe Twp. NJ; three grandchildren; five great grandchildren; a brother A. Anderson of Renton, WA; and a sister Helen W. Aeschbacher of Rochester, NY. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend her funeral service at the Chiques United Methodist Church, 1215 East Main St. Mount Joy, PA on Saturday, October 29, 2011 at 11:00 A.M. Interment will be in Laurel Hill Memorial Gardens, Columbia. There will be a public viewing at the Heilig Funeral Home, 21 W. Main St., Mount Joy, on Friday (tonight) from 6:00 " 8:00 P.M., and also at the church on Saturday morning from 10:00 A.M. until the time of the service.
