Elva H. Miller

Elva H. Miller, 99, of Lititz, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, March 18, 2025 at Lancaster General Hospital. Born in Lititz, she was the daughter of the late Edwin and Lizzie Lutz Longenecker. She was the loving wife of the late Ernest H. Miller who died in 2014. In her earlier years, Elva was a cafeteria worker for J. Colin English Elementary School, North Fort Myers, FL. She was a member of White Oak Church, Manheim and the former Fort Myer’s Church of the Brethren. Elva enjoyed cooking and baking and she loved spending time with her family.

Surviving is a son, Daniel L. husband of Cheri Reeder Miller of North Fort Myers, FL, a daughter-in-law, Martha Dodson Miller of Fleetwood, six grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, and a brother, Jake Longenecker of Lititz. She was preceded in death by a son, David L. Miller, a granddaughter, Rebecca Miller, and siblings, Ray and Carl Longenecker, Verna Copenhaver and Floy Kover.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Elva’s Funeral Service at White Oak Church, 1211 North Penryn Road, Manheim, on Monday, March 24, 2025 at 10:30 AM. There will be a viewing at the church on Monday morning from 9:00 AM until the time of the service. Interment in Longenecker’s Cemetery, Lititz.
