Elizabeth Greenawalt

Elizabeth Greenawalt, 84, of Elizabethtown, went home to be with her Lord and Savior, on Wednesday December 11, 2013 at Manor Care Health Services, Elizabethtown. Born in Strasburg she was the daughter of the late Henry and Elizabeth (Fietz) Cornies. She was the wife of the late Raymond K, Greenawalt who died in 1982. Before retiring Elizabeth had worked for the Longenecker’s Hatchery in Elizabethtown. She faithfully attended Grace Brethren Church of Elizabethtown. Elizabeth loved people, and enjoyed dining at the Country Table Restaurant in Mount Joy.

Surviving is one grandson, one great-grandson, two nieces and a nephew. In addition to her husband and parents she was preceded in death by a son, John Greenawalt, one sister, and one brother.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend her memorial service at the Elizabethtown Grace Brethren Church 305 Anchor Road, Elizabethtown PA on Tuesday, December 17, 2013 at 12:00 PM. There will be a public viewing on Tuesday at the Buch Funeral Home, 21 W. Main St. Mount Joy PA from 9:15 AM to 10:15 AM.
