Donna D. Mervine

Donna D. Mervine, 70, of Lancaster, died peacefully at her home on Tuesday, March 24, 2015. Born in Lancaster, she was the daughter of the late Martin and Geraldine Heisey Barr. A homemaker, she was the loving wife of Harold N. Mervine and they observed their 53rd wedding anniversary in October of last year. Donna’s interests included working in the yard and traveling to the shore, especially Ocean City, Maryland, and Rehoboth Beach, Delaware.

Surviving in addition to her husband Harold, are two sons: Dwayne N. Mervine of Lancaster, Kevin K. Mervine of Yardley, a granddaughter, Brittany, a brother, Charles H. husband of Phyllis Hayes of Georgetown, DE., and a sister, Judy Hayes of Georgetown, DE. Preceding her in death is a twin sister, Finlee Bear.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend her funeral service at the Buch Funeral Home, 21 Market Square, Manheim, on Saturday, March 28, 2015 at 11:00 AM. There will be a viewing on Saturday morning from 10:00 AM until the time of the service. Interment will be in Conestoga Memorial Park, Lancaster.
