Donald B. Fink, 89, of Manheim, died peacefully on Tuesday, November 29, 2022 at Moravian Manor, Lititz. Born in Manheim, he was the son of the late Claude and Pauline Carter Fink. Don was the loving husband of Kay M. Shreiner Fink, and they observed their 65th wedding anniversary in March of this year. A proud veteran, Don served in the U.S. Army; stationed in Fort Benning, Georgia, during the Korean War. In his early years he was a U.S. Postal Employee working out of the Manheim Post Office. Following early retirement; he worked for over 25 years at the Manheim Auto Auction, and was a special assistant to the manager during his last years of employment. A 32nd degree Mason, Don was a member of the Manheim Masonic Lodge, #587, Lancaster Forrest, Tall Cedars of Lebanon, and Reading Consistory. His interests included traveling throughout the United States with his wife Kay. Don had a passion for music, and was always excited to attend concerts especially listening to jazz music of Dave Brubeck, or blues and jazz music of Leon Redbone, among other artists.
Surviving in addition to his wife, Kay, is a son, Michael J. Fink of Lancaster, two sisters: Donna wife of Levere Ort of Manheim, and Linda Dennis of Manheim. Preceding him in death is a brother, J. Kenneth Fink.
Services for Don will be private and at the convenience of the family. Interment will be in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville.
