On January 19, 2012, David Michael Neupauer, 63, of Lancaster, Pennsylvania, passed on to be with his Lord. He is survived by his wife, Beth Neupauer, and their 9 children: David, married to Michelle; Jim, married to Jen; Karen; Lauri, married to Nate Shumaker; Andy, married to Eftihia; Matt; Ana; Derek; Scott; ten grandchildren. He is also survived by his mother, Mary, and two sisters: Sharon and Carol, married to Scott Kline. Preceding him in death were his father, David, and his daughter, Stacey Lynn. He was passionate, first and foremost, about his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. His life reflected that passion both at home and in business. Dave graduated from Lehigh University in 1971. He went on to work at Proctor & Gamble, then Warner Lambert as Director of Operations. In 1985, he left Warner Lambert to serve as a Pastor at DOVE Christian Fellowship. In 1993, he merged his passion for the Lord with his passion for business, taking the role of CEO at Sight and Sound Ministries, before moving on to serve as CEO of Bareville Flooring & Tile until 2011. One of Dave's great passions was leadership, both in the home and in the business world. He was a co-founder of the Transformational Leadership Institute in Lancaster. In addition to teaching there and elsewhere, he hosted weekly meetings with local Christian businessmen. His love for people also led him to other nations, including a recent visit to Brazil with Amigos International. He was a strong, wise leader, whose love for God and his family will be remembered. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend David's service of remembrance and life celebration at the Lancaster Evangelical Free Church 419 Pierson Road Lititz, on Tuesday, January 24, 2012 at 10:30 AM. Interment will be in Witness Park Cemetery, Lititz. There will be a viewing at the Lancaster Evangelical Free Church on Monday evening from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM with additional viewing time on Tuesday morning at the church from 8:30 AM until the time of the service.
