Dale R. Martin, 52, formerly of Manheim, died of natural causes Sunday September 23, 2012 at St. Vincent Hospital in Carmel, Indiana. Born in Lancaster, he was the son of Roy and Esther Rohrer Martin of Manheim. Dale was a truck driver and worked recently as a truck mechanic. Surviving in addition to his parents, is a daughter, Lucinda wife of Simon Becker of Lititz, a son, Linford husband of Rachel Heagy Martin of Manheim, seven grandchildren: Kyle, Ryan, Elsie, Elvin, Aleah, Miriam, Noah, three brothers: Daryl Martin (Mary) of Lititz, Duane Martin (Kathy) of Manheim, and Delmar Martin of Columbia. He will be missed by his companion Linda Wieczorek. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend his funeral service at the Buch Funeral Home 21 Market Square, Manheim on Monday October 1, 2012 at 2:00 PM. Interment will be in Mount Hope Mennonite Cemetery, Rapho Township. There will be a viewing at the funeral home on Sunday evening from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM with additional viewing on Monday afternoon from 1:00 PM until the time of service.
