Clayton F. Costello

   Clayton F. Costello, 91, of Manheim, PA and formerly of Garwood, NJ, died peacefully on Tuesday, March 26, 2024 at Pleasant View Communities. Born in Jersey City, NJ he was the son of the late, Francis and Edith Mae Wishart Costello.  Clayton worked for IBM and Kodak Corporation as a service and repair technician for many years. A proud veteran, he served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War. Clayton loved the community of Garwood, and served as a school board member, and was elected councilman; he was also active as a Little League Baseball Coach. Clayton’s interests included: bowling and music of all genres.

    Surviving are three sons, Kevin Costello of Southbury, CT, Gary Costello of Roselle, NJ, Brian Costello of Rahway, NJ and grandson, Kyle Clayton Costello. Preceding him in death was a sister, Doris Smith.

    Services for Clayton will be private and at the convenience of the family.
