Carol "Lanee" Perry

Carol “Lanee” Perry, 56, of Manheim, passed away peacefully in her home on September 15, 2024, after a long and courageous battle with lung cancer. Lanee was born to Pat and Billie Reese in Crisfield, MD, on August 16, 1968. She attended and graduated from Crisfield High School in 1986.

 She is survived by her loving husband of 34 years, Shawn Perry, their sons; Rhett, Ryan, and Brenden Perry, all of Manheim, PA, a daughter, Megan Perry of Atlanta, GA, a granddaughter, Pearl Joy, her parents, Pat and Billie Reese, three brothers; Pat, Thad, and Lance Reese, a sister, Pam Ritter, all of Crisfield, MD, as well as nieces, nephews, close family members and life-long friends.

 Lanee enjoyed many moments spending time with her friends and family. She enjoyed gardening, time spent in Chincoteague, going to the beach, collecting sea shells, going out on the boat, fishing with her husband and cherished time spent with her granddaughter. She absolutely adored lady bugs and her favorite color was orange.

 She touched the lives of many people and will forever remain in the hearts of those who loved her.

 A Celebration of Life Ceremony will be held on a later date to honor the strength, bravery, and memory of Lanee.
