 Carl E. “Ed” Baker, 64, of Manheim, passed away on Friday, September 6, 2024 at the Lancaster Rehab Hospital. Born in Lancaster, he was the son the late Carl W. and Ruth Yoder Baker. Carl retired from Dart Container, Leola. He was a member of Elstonville Sportsman’s Association, Manheim and he enjoyed walking, riding bike, hunting, going to the mountains and he loved to spend time with his family and friends.

 Surviving is a sister, Barbara A. wife of Paul E. Yecker Jr. of Manheim, a niece, Sarah Yecker companion of Eddie Madera, grandniece and grandnephew, Nadia and Jowell Madera, 

 Funeral Services will be held at the Buch Funeral Home 21 Market Square, Manheim on Friday, September 13, 2024 at 11:00 AM. There will be a viewing at the funeral home on Friday morning from 10:00 AM until the time of service. Interment in Manheim Fairview Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may send contributions in Ed’s memory to Humane League of Pennsylvania, Lancaster Campus, 2195 Lincoln Highway East, Lancaster, PA 17602 or Ann B. Barshinger Cancer Institute, 2102 Harrisburg Pike, Lancaster, PA 17601.
