Beverly Anne Zink, 84, formerly of Mount Joy, died Wednesday February 14, 2018 at Elizabethtown Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. She was the widow of the late Lloyd B. Zink who died in 1990. Born in Elizabethtown she was daughter of the late Clair McKinley and Nellie (Timlin) Mark. Beverly was a floor lady at the former Gerberich-Payne Shoe Co. of Mount Joy until its closing, and then worked as a nurse’s aide at Lancaster General Hospital. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church, Mount Joy, and enjoyed making floral arrangements for other people.
Surviving is a son James E. husband of Tina Zink, Mount Joy; two grandchildren Nicole and Daniel; 7 great-grandchildren; and two brothers James Mark, Mountville, and Troy Mark, Maytown. In addition to her husband and parents she was preceded in death by an infant son David; a sister Betty Hershey; and two brothers Richard and Robert Mark.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invite to attend her memorial service at the First Presbyterian Church, 7 Marietta Ave., Mount Joy PA on Saturday February 24, 2018 at 2:00 PM with Rev. Sarah A. Kneier officiating. There will a time of visitation with the family from 1:00 PM until the time of the service. Interment in Pleasant View Cemetery will be private.
