Anna Mary Weaver, 82, of Manheim, went peacefully home to be with her Lord, on Monday, January 7, 2013 at the Pleasant View Retirement Community. Born in Mastersonville, she was the daughter of the late Elmer and Anna Graybill Zug.She was the loving wife of J. Donald Weaver and they observed their 60th wedding anniversary in August of last year. Anna Mary worked for Kreider Farms Main Office Manheim; previously she was employed for Susquehanna Bank, Lititz, Farmers First Bank, Manheim; and Manheim National Bank. For over 60 years she was an active and faithful member of the East Fairview Church of the Brethren Manheim, where she participated in the church choir, bell choir, and taught Sunday school. She enjoyed camping with her family and traveling to the family cabin in Mifflin County. Anna Mary was a 1948 graduate of Manheim High School and was active in the Glee Club. Her interests included: sewing, knitting, cross stitch, traveling, crossword and jigsaw puzzles, playing the piano, watching sports and rooting for the Phillies. Surviving in addition to her husband, are two sons: Jeffrey husband of Kathy Kiralfy Weaver of Lititz, Doug husband of Ellen Staudinger Weaver of Wyomissing, a daughter, Mary Jo Thompson of Manheim, six grandchildren, four great grandchildren, and a sister, Rachel Good of York. Preceding her in death is a sister, Mildred Gingrich. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend her memorial service at the East Fairview Church of the Brethren 1187 Fairview Road, Manheim on Friday, January 11, 2013 at 11:00 AM. Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family in Chiques Church of the Brethren Cemetery, Rapho Township. Friends may visit with the family at the East Fairview Church of the Brethren on Friday morning from 10:00 AM until the time of the service.
